This is really inspiring to me, because I've only very recently started to accept and love myself as I am (thanks in part to this website). I especially like your third item, about not waiting until you're thin. I have so many regrets about the things I didn't do in my life because I thought I couldn't, simply because I'm fat, not because of any inability! I'd like to put a quote here. I hope it will be within the rules of the Discussion Forum, because I've found it to be immensely motivating and illuminating in my life.
