I, too, am overweight, though a number of years ago I was quite a bit thinner. But the weight seemed to sneak up on me, and sometimes when I look in a mirror I feel ashamed. I'm not sure how much I weigh, but I think I weigh about 200 lbs. I stopped weighing myself a number of years ago, when I was around 180.
My problem is, I think, that I am addicted to food. I feel as if I eat too fast, too much, and too late (in the evening). I am currently working at curbing these tendencies and gaining insights as to why I do this.
I don't spend a lot of time on the computer, but it would be good if we could help each other somehow. Sometimes a chat room might be helpful. What are your suggestions?
