Sounds like your on the right track. Your right-- vary your work out time and schedule. Complement your routine with cardio and weight training. Keep it simple. Run for 20 minutes at least three days per week. If you exercise at a gym, vary your running on the treadmill with different speeds and intensity.// JoeJoe
