Hi MaryLee, maybe you can look at it as though you are working out for different parts of yourself; an aerobic workout is for your muscles and weight; a meditation workout is for your mind; a gardening workout is for beauty and earth-connectedness, etc. There's lots of ways to workout -- it sounds like you are giving yourself the message that you need to incorporate some other kinds of workouts too. Remind yourself that your brain and heart and soul all need workouts and don't beat yourself up too much if your stomach is a workout animal for a spell ;). Best wishes, K
