Please, try to avoid 'starving' yourself and spending your teen years obsessing about weight and size and skinny girls. It will only cause you to waste time and emotional energy on an unhealthy goal. Forget about those 'skinny' girls. They are actually a rare occurrence in nature. It is difficult not to be impacted by the anorexic images in our media culture, but you must try to remember that they are not the norm. I am certainly not trying to discourage you from developing healthy habits at your age, just remember to enjoy life and enjoy who you are, not who you wish you could dwindle away to.
