I'm like Pseub in that I've always been normal weight, but was made to believe I was overweight by my parents (especially my father who is a long-distance running fanatic and thinks everyone should be ultra-thin). I too feel better when I'm a bit heavier (towards the upper end of the normal weight range, rather than struggling towards the bottom end to please my parnets). When I'm heavier I look more in proportion and my face looks much nicer, when I'm thinner my face looks gaunt. The only thing that stops me enjoying my heavier weight is fear of my father and other family members making a rude comment about my weight gain.
